How We Work
Work Process

Intake
Once we get your machine it will will be tagged with your information and join the queue. We work on a fist come, first serve basis.

Bench
Once it’s your machines turn it is brought to the work bench and an initial exam is done. If any parts or additional are needed you’ll be called or texted with a quote. When we get the go ahead work commences. If parts need to be ordered shipping can range from 3 days to 2 months.

Finish
If no others issues were found durring the service your machine will be cleaned, oiled and tested. Additional options can be added such as polish & wax and led light upgrades.

Yes, we offer a warranty on our repair services. If you experience any issues with your service within 30 days, just give us a call and we’ll make it right. We do not warranty parts.
What are your repair rates?
Our repair rates vary depending on the type of sewing machine and the extent of the service or repairs needed. Full services start at $90. Please contact us for an estimate.
